Spiderman Birthday LayoutWow, it has been along time since I last posted. I quit being a Stampin' Up Demonstrator. I still love the quality of their products, but have just been really disappointed in the selection since the whole color renovation. They pretty much rid the line up of almost all of my favorite colors. I tried, I really did give it a worthwhile try, but I just couldn't embrace it. Also, I just got too busy with life. I started volunteering at the kids school more and between a fulltime job, being a wife, and Mom, I just couldn't keep up anymore. In addition, I got into Stampin Up because I wanted to scrapbook and I found myself only making cards. I hadn't scrapped more than a few pages during the entire year. Also, I was very frustrated that I couldn't post pictures of my creations if I used other products and well lets face it, there is a ton of awesome products out there that work great with Stampin Up and I want to use it all.<br /><br />My New Year's Resolution was to get back to scrapbooking and start using up this product that I had been obsessed with buying including cricut cartridges that were collecting dust.<br /><br />My son's birthday was in December and he loves Spiderman so I created these 4 pages for him. I struggled finding any layouts to work with this, but thanks to the Spiderman 2012 calendar I was inspired to come up with this.<br /><br />Products Used:<br />SU Cardstock: Colors are Brilliant Blue, Real Red, and Daffodil Delight.<br />Sandylion Spiderman Stickers<br />I also used SU Inks to sponge the edges and give it a little dimension.<br />I downloaded a Spiderman Font on my computer and that is how I created the Title.<br /><br />Simple but it took me nearly 4 hours. Hope you enjoy!<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgh6UaoUcRu8PsPAoQaDubL6Fe1KlxABiCuvq9tbong2DkKJh9ea-c4FR2TB4z7Bkfzxye2wt-1BLGW1yV_hlh8vAaDQrTkpmj7-JSvRebiHpIc08mDpap0OVSTeG22IZblkduYNRQIhqrf/s1600/Spiderman+1.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 392px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5697974677147665266" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgh6UaoUcRu8PsPAoQaDubL6Fe1KlxABiCuvq9tbong2DkKJh9ea-c4FR2TB4z7Bkfzxye2wt-1BLGW1yV_hlh8vAaDQrTkpmj7-JSvRebiHpIc08mDpap0OVSTeG22IZblkduYNRQIhqrf/s400/Spiderman+1.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUFrf1N23MdUEG9cpLUejbZ0DuQsRzXLo0dUJPp-davpef1ZOg49T4SAWLENeUliuYm2RsBkfhKqlijRCOOovHbzeWqeMhiIct1o8-EHyee1oRpMDf4QKhGhHg4bGFuqNRzO0Zon8HceOz/s1600/Spiderman+2.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 391px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5697974535757111762" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUFrf1N23MdUEG9cpLUejbZ0DuQsRzXLo0dUJPp-davpef1ZOg49T4SAWLENeUliuYm2RsBkfhKqlijRCOOovHbzeWqeMhiIct1o8-EHyee1oRpMDf4QKhGhHg4bGFuqNRzO0Zon8HceOz/s400/Spiderman+2.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjsTWtyYIAa6FzjpUp1DjImSI-ZPzi6UUIurm9ur_oYl1cBM8sEQVolQbkXjUc10-2Rly5CwflYWJ72srFwqi_RfC3vKg9fq78Kdkcbdp-NAavGjU3FEJj-0ZzUO69_6M4qdXm59mzyqE-/s1600/Spiderman+3.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 396px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5697974430746299442" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjsTWtyYIAa6FzjpUp1DjImSI-ZPzi6UUIurm9ur_oYl1cBM8sEQVolQbkXjUc10-2Rly5CwflYWJ72srFwqi_RfC3vKg9fq78Kdkcbdp-NAavGjU3FEJj-0ZzUO69_6M4qdXm59mzyqE-/s400/Spiderman+3.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKsQn7KzP-XEcc75Ul9UPe0xHCnnzMK2z46NJoOY6_smG6uuVwxQr__Ot8sL0HRbZKIuxJQynW2HKzhPIXpBnU7zoQsaZVLlVYX6VTYu1yTiLlRTLBB7kbGDlpN9XweCsf5nlwF8_EziFV/s1600/Spiderman+4.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 396px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5697974329023379346" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKsQn7KzP-XEcc75Ul9UPe0xHCnnzMK2z46NJoOY6_smG6uuVwxQr__Ot8sL0HRbZKIuxJQynW2HKzhPIXpBnU7zoQsaZVLlVYX6VTYu1yTiLlRTLBB7kbGDlpN9XweCsf5nlwF8_EziFV/s400/Spiderman+4.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><br /><br /><div><br /><br /><div><br /><br /><div><br /><br /><div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-997135089233242311.post-88834288564357020542010-09-11T19:40:00.005-06:002010-09-11T19:44:33.021-06:00Elements of Style<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjw9STNnMu-kyXiMycRv8aL_ayvlKhdLhhAHsjakSGQ0jCydxDKyAlhvQGgymS2UsgOWRCFKPrNi1E0bo_a5U9hMvouMAD8BM2ku5ns_IOYh-oyY7FRkRSPnnqk2yuKxYKj4xPirb5EEXha/s1600/Elements+of+Style+1.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjw9STNnMu-kyXiMycRv8aL_ayvlKhdLhhAHsjakSGQ0jCydxDKyAlhvQGgymS2UsgOWRCFKPrNi1E0bo_a5U9hMvouMAD8BM2ku5ns_IOYh-oyY7FRkRSPnnqk2yuKxYKj4xPirb5EEXha/s400/Elements+of+Style+1.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5515836369110724594" border="0" /></a><br />I just love this stamp set. Sorry for not posting at all since Summer started. It is a crazy time of year for my family and I have not had any chance at all for stamping. I will be getting back to it though very soon and will start to post weekly again, just have to find the stamping mojo. Anyway, I updated the link to include the 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog and Definitely Decorative 2010 Catalog. Enjoy and contact me if you want to place an order.Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-997135089233242311.post-6774692480073056682010-06-01T22:45:00.002-06:002010-06-01T22:49:39.856-06:00Stampin' Up! I'm thrilled about this because the previous folks did not take care of the yard and the first day they were moving in, I could hear them talking about all that they were going to be doing to the yard. I'm so excited, hoping that people moving into all of the foreclosures in the area will start bring property values back up. We don't have a very tight knit neighborhood and I really hope to change that by welcoming the new neighbors with a card and cookies. I took inspiration from two fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators who have projects posted at a SU demo website only. Thanks Carrie Arsenault and Marti Smith. I combined their two different style cards.<br /><br />Cardstock: Old Olive<br />DSP: Welcome Neighbor 6x6 DSP (SAB 2010)<br />Ink: Bermuda Bay, Chocolate Chip<br />Ribbon: 1/4 inch Old Olive Grosgrain<br /><br /><br /><br /><a class="nolink"> </a>Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-997135089233242311.post-1172082411972815022010-05-12T17:40:00.005-06:002010-05-12T17:46:06.820-06:00Bridal Shower Workshop<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOBGDYmVwrLgNCHRvtACdz4f2VNNUhNCLoa-V9GxMMhl9TekxC3ioscHxIv4ptESC-qg8dsQJsx6XBdK4GavfK2mCwR5QWae2_XsTXClqFSZLIDA-eer98Wx6lOA-kUhxjS0m1tWOqQls-/s1600/Bride+4.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 398px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOBGDYmVwrLgNCHRvtACdz4f2VNNUhNCLoa-V9GxMMhl9TekxC3ioscHxIv4ptESC-qg8dsQJsx6XBdK4GavfK2mCwR5QWae2_XsTXClqFSZLIDA-eer98Wx6lOA-kUhxjS0m1tWOqQls-/s400/Bride+4.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470533542169208418" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLXExjB5vPsm6I71Xz4tbkBNZAp-JcApJP4IsHoTmVyxe22rArzu70c-KXEhHnnefAs7KU2HwA8FAmZ2t_ZqfgsbNcyH8ImUeuvAqlZfkLoNsuKZyXv9O4fDEFKr3_EbcyL9CZVd0L53q6/s1600/Bride+3.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 390px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLXExjB5vPsm6I71Xz4tbkBNZAp-JcApJP4IsHoTmVyxe22rArzu70c-KXEhHnnefAs7KU2HwA8FAmZ2t_ZqfgsbNcyH8ImUeuvAqlZfkLoNsuKZyXv9O4fDEFKr3_EbcyL9CZVd0L53q6/s400/Bride+3.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470533439569381826" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipSgvlLn50Y9tGlfu5b5Ecao3aBv-1Ffg1rn5zYcMUrXShh38TVjMgupIRd2LX6FLan6HGDYbCp38V5OHiCKQMrtZg6hSH33JLf81Z4LK0LZn_Pd6UUZ8ARn11efdzBE26SY4vQdJAAyCs/s1600/Bride+2.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 398px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipSgvlLn50Y9tGlfu5b5Ecao3aBv-1Ffg1rn5zYcMUrXShh38TVjMgupIRd2LX6FLan6HGDYbCp38V5OHiCKQMrtZg6hSH33JLf81Z4LK0LZn_Pd6UUZ8ARn11efdzBE26SY4vQdJAAyCs/s400/Bride+2.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470533250979024642" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj2LJjzNaCK0wblxrMcCewzQs-w8V838-C7ebNFDgerH9cCYYkPToXzqno0SJNtzBr-gu_pjx7yn6WkIjFY0FbnNoKe89JpOKMNrR7vHKCwrSfx0Yl8QaeqhxmWBGWbvWip04oTyL8gRyc/s1600/Bride+1.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 392px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj2LJjzNaCK0wblxrMcCewzQs-w8V838-C7ebNFDgerH9cCYYkPToXzqno0SJNtzBr-gu_pjx7yn6WkIjFY0FbnNoKe89JpOKMNrR7vHKCwrSfx0Yl8QaeqhxmWBGWbvWip04oTyL8gRyc/s400/Bride+1.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470532943666825730" border="0" /></a>These are four layouts that guests at a Bridal Shower Workshop will create. My husband and I just celebrated 16 years of marriage on 4/30. We went up to Blackhawk, CO and stayed overnight at the Ameristar Hotel & Casino. Wow, what a gorgeous hotel. I can't wait to go back. Of course, we forgot bathing suits and were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool and can you believe it, I forget my camera. It was a ton of fun, but we lost money, didn't win a dime. I have no luck at all. Anyway, I would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay overnight up there. The King Deluxe room is outstanding.<br /><br />Ok, I made a few crafts and I will try to post them tonight for Teacher Appreciation Week.Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-997135089233242311.post-8922542175649632742010-04-27T11:50:00.004-06:002010-05-03T15:59:42.587-06:00Beautiful Butterflies Die<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtKymz8BZUTkIGVm5s4LALjDj_LWBl7J5GXnj-XL1icEFGbEhChBhb5MxDhPm4A4i4UB_lXg0-T9w8vZhiP5RipnhgGFUsltDWbw-8Ul-D73p49icnai1igZZyyvyWrsV02tb5brZU38Sp/s1600/Butterfly.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5464876487184851906" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: pointer; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtKymz8BZUTkIGVm5s4LALjDj_LWBl7J5GXnj-XL1icEFGbEhChBhb5MxDhPm4A4i4UB_lXg0-T9w8vZhiP5RipnhgGFUsltDWbw-8Ul-D73p49icnai1igZZyyvyWrsV02tb5brZU38Sp/s400/Butterfly.JPG" border="0" /></a><br />I made this card to showcase this SU only Sizzix die for a new customer of mine. I know I said I would, but my goodness how life just takes over sometimes. I've been super busy, but I wanted to give everyone the scoop on SU's exciting changes that will happen in July 2010.<br /><br />It's called COLOR RENOVATION! Stampin' Up! is saying good bye to several colors, bringing back favorite In Colors and adding 5 new colors. I hope you are excited as I am. I am sad that many of my favorites are retiring, but we have plenty of time to stock up on them for the next 3 months.<br /><br />I've attached below what the new color families will look like and which ones are saying "Farewell". Also, they are renaming our favorite "Kraft" color to "Crumb Cake", how yummy does that sound.<br /><br />New Colors: Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler, Marina Mist<br /><br />So if you have any of the "retiring" colors and you need the reinker so that it pretty much lasts you forever, contact me right away to order. You'll also want to stock up on cardstock of your favorites, I know I am.<br /><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr1eByU-TFhhQqomJo8d-lyVDqlUckNQtP0c7LQX1ycxI6Jy2hoOH7lYLYd1zp-i9tGxgbe2j9YK_e07IRRl14ulayNE1gWqvoxikpE93cgV_0fhtc1yJ7lz9Oogn7lWd523XU2pnilJ43/s1600/Fond_Farewell_Colors_PSE-0310.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 309px; height: 400px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr1eByU-TFhhQqomJo8d-lyVDqlUckNQtP0c7LQX1ycxI6Jy2hoOH7lYLYd1zp-i9tGxgbe2j9YK_e07IRRl14ulayNE1gWqvoxikpE93cgV_0fhtc1yJ7lz9Oogn7lWd523XU2pnilJ43/s400/Fond_Farewell_Colors_PSE-0310.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5457818137373819986" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK2Qu8U6c2zdsi0qAiy2D09dA6NZrlYyeRpCUBz6mDQ-Z_v8yMXwHmD5FpLHDzehBOUcKu81fYB9l4T6S5qCTUVoHCG8tHZT7Jjgw2O-jCWKoH81axNN_HE7WxusOvPkBkcDTjGAFUfFLz/s1600/Color-Renovation-PSE.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 309px; height: 400px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjK2Qu8U6c2zdsi0qAiy2D09dA6NZrlYyeRpCUBz6mDQ-Z_v8yMXwHmD5FpLHDzehBOUcKu81fYB9l4T6S5qCTUVoHCG8tHZT7Jjgw2O-jCWKoH81axNN_HE7WxusOvPkBkcDTjGAFUfFLz/s400/Color-Renovation-PSE.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5457818077023607026" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br />Contact me to place an order!<br />Jackie<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl0RDPt6Eonl-cNNmV5YRSYrYcCYxC_C4ZH2LvfKlwNhAH-ZzQv5ixQHPTHJNST6O85G4oxos_6oDoGDhE5r8QRul4-jRCY68L6Ue194ghRhCEEEmNBgwWabPUAHPcpL6w8voW0gsKFL9n/s1600/Color-Renovation-PSE.jpg"><br /></a>Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-997135089233242311.post-78570545228687888762010-02-03T10:46:00.002-07:002010-02-03T10:53:28.100-07:00Hello Scrappers. Well I've been wanting to do a SU only scrapbook page out of the set "Love You Much" for awhile now and just was having a hard time getting inspired. After searching Split Coast Stampers for inspiration I finally come up upon a beautiful card made by User "Tangergine Dream" (<a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1227661?&cat=15538" target="_blank">http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1227661?&cat=15538</a>). She also has a blog, <a href="http://www.tangiink.com/" target="_blank">http://www.tangiink.com/</a>. Thanks Tangerine Dream for your inspiration. I used different DSP, but her 9 block layout just clicked. Here are a few projects that I made this past week. One is my own creation inspired by a video I saw on StampwithTami.com, one is a callaboration between myself and my good friend N.G. and the last one is cased from a SU Demo site only with my own spin on it.<br /><br />Hope you like them.<br />$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$<br /><br /><br /><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqP_FbfaoQnmzdLU0z8pCYYvk0y6r5PtHo1y2MN4sTGw4Jyblh9OMF8cVuUhf-9sKDoKloJab5r4qfMg3j972OMDD_m-NEAmpy4q7tv6ckj0lr0POkWFJFqlCg68hbOE018s2n5UvwDWRi/s1600-h/Vintage+Vogue+3.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5428097321412600114" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 251px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqP_FbfaoQnmzdLU0z8pCYYvk0y6r5PtHo1y2MN4sTGw4Jyblh9OMF8cVuUhf-9sKDoKloJab5r4qfMg3j972OMDD_m-NEAmpy4q7tv6ckj0lr0POkWFJFqlCg68hbOE018s2n5UvwDWRi/s320/Vintage+Vogue+3.JPG" border="0" /></a> This card layout above is my own creation. The stamped image was inspired by a video at <a href="http://stampwithtami.com/blog/2010/01/vintage-vogue-stampinup/">http://stampwithtami.com/blog/2010/01/vintage-vogue-stampinup/</a>. She is so talented. So the design/layout came out of my head, but the stamped image was inspired by Tami who laid her images out completely different than me. Check hers out to. I know I've been missing in action for awhile now. Christmas time is just so busy around our house, but then again who isn't busy at this time of year. It's insane. I have some time off this coming week and plan to take pictures of some of the projects that I've been working on lately as well as share with you my Occasions Mini Pre-order items and projects. Check back in a few days. <br /><br />Happy Holidays!Scrappin Stamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17861799344288608048noreply@blogger.com0
