This is a card that I made at Stamp Club with my Stampin' Up Demonstrator, it was a Christmas Card, but I absolutely loved the paper and wanted to use it for a birthday card so I made a few minor changes to the little card in the envelope by replacing the "Merry Christmas" with a scalloped "Cheers To You" stamp and there you go.All Products: Stampin' Up, not sure of the name of the paper, but confident that it is retired.
