Love You Much - Valentine

Hello Scrappers. Well I've been wanting to do a SU only scrapbook page out of the set "Love You Much" for awhile now and just was having a hard time getting inspired. After searching Split Coast Stampers for inspiration I finally come up upon a beautiful card made by User "Tangergine Dream" ( She also has a blog, Thanks Tangerine Dream for your inspiration. I used different DSP, but her 9 block layout just clicked. Here's my scrapbook layout version.

Supplies: All Stampin’ Up!
Cardstock: Pretty in Pink 12x12, Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Very Vanilla
DSP: Sending Love
Stamp Set: Love You Much
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Real Red
Punches: Scallop Circle, 1 ¾” Circle, and Heart to Heart

DSP Layer Squares: 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”
Chocolate Chip Layer Squares: 3 ½” x 3 ½”
Chocolate Chip Photo Layer: 4 ½ x 6 ½
Pretty in Pink Photo Layer: 4 x 6

Projects Week of 1/10 to 1/16

Hello Friends! Here are a few projects that I made this past week. One is my own creation inspired by a video I saw on, one is a callaboration between myself and my good friend N.G. and the last one is cased from a SU Demo site only with my own spin on it.

This card layout above is my own creation. The stamped image was inspired by a video at She is so talented. So the design/layout came out of my head, but the stamped image was inspired by Tami who laid her images out completely different than me. Check hers out to. It's beautiful.

I just love black and pink together.

Supplies: All Stampin' Up!
Cardstock: Basic Black, Pretty in Pink, Going Gray, Whisper White
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Going Gray, Sage Shadown
Stamp Set: Vintage Vogue and Teeny Tiny Wishes for the sentiment
Other: Scallop Trim Corner Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch
Technique: Masking for the image

Base: 4 1/4"x5 1/2"
Black Scallop Border: Cut at 4 1/4"x 2", then punched
Gray Layer: 3 3/8"x 3 7/8"
Black Layer: 3 1/16" x 3 9/16"
White Layer: 3 x 3 3/12"


This is the bookmark that N.G created together. We made two designs, but I only took a picture of one of them. The other used the flip side of this DSP which was the striped lines. It was so beautiful. N.G took that one home with her.

This card was cased from a SU Demo site only where we can post projects. This is the featured card and it was created by SU Demonstrator Gayle Wheeler. I put my own spin on it though changing the stamp set used and the greeting. I didn’t have the one she used. It is just such a beautiful card that I wanted to share it.

Cardstock: Soft Suede, Ruby Red, Very Vanilla
Ink: Soft Suede, Ruby Red Marker and Pad, Mellow Moss Marker
Stamp Set: Eastern Blooms and Well Scripted
Other: Designer Label Punch, Ticket Punch, Soft Suede 1/2” Grosgrain Grain Ribbon, Wide Oval Punch

Base: 5 ½” x 4 ¼”
1st Layer: 5 ¼” x 4
Ruby Red Layer: 2 ½” x 3
Very Vanilla Layer: 2 ¼” x 2 ¾”
Soft Suede Decorative Label: 2 Designer Label Punches with one side trimmed on each one, butted up close together and taped on the back.

Occassions Mini, Sneak Peak

Here is another project today using a new stamp set from the Occassions Mini which will be available for order starting Jan 5. Looking at it now, I should have made the flower with Rose Red ink as well. Next time...

Happy New Year Scrappers! Here is a sneak peak at a stamp set from the upcoming Occassions Mini Catalog. It is called Vintage Vogue and I have a few project ideas for it already. Here is the first card I made. I stamped all around with the flower stamp with all three ink colors on Whisper White to create my own patterned paper.
