Butterfly

Hi there. I wanted to share with you a card that I made for two very dear friends of mine for helping me out a few weeks ago hauling my kiddos around. They both love Human Bean coffee so I gave them gift cards inside the cards. I made the same card for each of them. You can't tell fromt this image, but I stamped the butterfly twice, one on the cardstock and then I punched out the other and overlayed on top of the butterfly for dimension.

Supplies - All Stampin' Up
Stamp Set: Flight of the Butterfly
Ink: YoYo Yellow, Chocolate Chip, and Pretty in Pink
Card Stock: YoYo Yellow & Whisper White
Ribbon: 1/4 inch Whisper White Grosgrain (Using a sponge, I ran it between the YoYo Yellow Ink Pad and the sponge to get the color)
Other supplies: Butterfly Punch, Crystal Effects (for the dots on the Butterfly)

Hello Everyone. Sorry I've not been able to post, my job and family have kept me so busy the past few weeks that I have not had any time to create. Next week, I should be able to get into the Scrap Room and get some stuff done. I did create the most cutest butterfly card using "Flight of the Butterfly" stamp set from Stampin Up and the new Butterfly punch for two of my dearest friends, but not thinking, I forgot to take a picture. I'll try to get one to post. Happy Friday to you!

Birthday Card

This is a card that I made at Stamp Club with my Stampin' Up Demonstrator, it was a Christmas Card, but I absolutely loved the paper and wanted to use it for a birthday card so I made a few minor changes to the little card in the envelope by replacing the "Merry Christmas" with a scalloped "Cheers To You" stamp and there you go.

All Products: Stampin' Up, not sure of the name of the paper, but confident that it is retired.

Teacher Appreciation

I made this card for my daughter's Kindergarten Teacher back in May.

Card Stock: Certainly Celery, So Saffron, and Pretty in Pink, Designer Paper; Tea Party
"Thank You": I actually printed this out from Microsoft Word.
Ribbon: The Angel Company, Mimi Ribbon

Mother's Day Card

This is a card that I made for Mother's Day.

All Products: Stampin' Up
Card Stock: Almost Amethyst, Tea Party
Ribbon: Certainly Celery
Die Cut: Top Note

Denver Zoo July 2008

Here is a scrapbook layout that I just finally completed earlier in the week. It is from July 2008, I have 2007 & 2009 Zoo trips yet to do. I'm not too good at taking pictures of my layouts yet, but I'll get better so apologies if they appear blurry.

Cardstock: 12X12 Old Olive by Stampin' Up. Squares are paper from Hobby Hobby punched at 2-7/8.
Stickers: Embossible Designs by Joanne Wesley

Pickup Card

My Dearest Friend asked me to make a card that she could send to her brother-in-law who was recently in an accident. I cased this from the Stampin Up Spring/Summer 2009 Catalog but put my own spin on it with a few changes. I used a watercolor technique by using a blender pen and the Stampin' Write Markers for the Ink.

Stamp Set: Loads of Love by Stampin' Up
Cardstock: Brocade Blue, Night of Navy, Going Gray, Watercolor Paper -- All Stampin' Up
Ink: Night of Navy, Basic Gray, Basic Black -- All Stampin' Up
